What we all are looking for

I started this blog a long while back. I started off in the beginning writing with my heart, however soon started talking about healthy “whole 30” foods. Not there is anything wrong with that but that is not why I started this blog. As long as I am here on this earth I want to share Jesus. I am not a building or a denomination. I am a part of the Church of Jesus Christ. The people calling themselves “Christians” are not going to share HIS unconditional love sitting in a pew. I have learned so much by crying out to God and telling him to reveal himself to me. And he has. Through his word and by me allowing the Holy Spirit to teach me. My life for the last 15 years plus some has crumbled. Everything I thought I believed in left me empty.My family has been through a lot of changes. I began to question everything I always thought about life or was taught about life I should say. I want to be real with what I have been through. I want to help people who are a mess and want to be loved by someone who will never ever stop loving them. I want people to meet Jesus, not me. Every person ever born into this world is because God wanted a family. However his first kids gave away what he had gave them to satan. So once you recieve what Jesus did, which was pay the price to take back Gods kids. Then you are “born again” and your spirit is brand new. That is what you are, a spirit in a body with a soul. So please, i pray this reaches people who want to be new, on the inside that is. You will transform from the inside to the outside like the beautiful one you are and you will have power to understand how wide,how long, how high and how deep is his love.BTW that song “You are a good good Father by Chris Tomlin just came on the radio.  I take that as a little sign from Father God that I am now on the right track. I want to dedicate this post to my dad, who passed in August. We played this song at his service. He is the one who first taught me the love of a True Dad. Thank you Father God for your love and revealing yourself to me everyday. Love and miss you daddy John. Love to you all, Michele

Yes, we really can have a healthy dressing/dip!  My prayers have been answered! Lol. This is a Whole30 recipe, that I was soooo sure would not taste good. Well i was wrong. It was made with Whole30 compliant mayo and coconut milk. This stuff is delicious and the best part is that it is GOOD for you. Luv yall❤️

Strawberry Salad

This salad is absolutely out of this world.Its salad greens,rotisserie chicken,strawberries,swiss cheese and toasted pecans🍓. I made my own dressing. The dressing has ingredients that some can’t have. However I have one that is compliant. Just ask me.Luv y’all sooo much. We are healthy.

Gluten Free Life

This is my Gluten free sandwich today! I use Roman Lettuce for my bread. It really is good! I like crunchy,so this crisp lettuce satisfies that.I have tried different gf breads. They are all terrible, of course that is my opinion. If anyone has any gf recipes or ideas, please share with me. Have a great day. 

Move Over Margarine

My daughter, when she started whole30, introduced me to this rich stuff! It is like nothing I have ever tasted. She got hers from Thrive Market. The first time I ate it was on a gluten free waffle, in place of butter. Yummmmyyyy! It made it taste so rich,like it literally melted in my mouth. Any hoo, since then I bought some from Publix. The brand is Ziyad,a little over $8 for 16oz.It’s not made from grass-fed cows, so it’s not organic, however, it is very tasty as well.Since then, she has made her own. She claims she boobooed though, so when she does it again we will post the journey. We are planning on trying some new food items and letting you guys (and gals) know what we think about them. Also we will give you details and prices as well. That’s it for today. I feel that blogging is for me because I like helping people. Ya know that’s how Father God is. He wants to help you. Ice Bananas?

Yes that’s what I said, “ice bananas”? I recently got a food processor from my mom. And I whipped up some frozen bananas in it. Works like a dream. It looks and taste just like soft serve ice cream. Just a little side note here, any time you have bananas you aren’t gonna use. Slice them up and put in the freezer on a cookie sheet for 30 minutes, then take them out and put in a freezer bag. You will always have them on hand for frozen ice cream or for smoothies.
